Refund policy
At Street Skrapers, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and uninstalled
- Item must be in original packaging
- All hardware, wiring, and components must be included
- Item must be in new condition
Products that show signs of installation, use, modification, or damage will not be eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
All approved lighting product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover payment processing, packaging, and restocking costs.
Return Shipping
If products are not defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will reflect the 20% restocking fee deduction.
Please allow 3–7 business days for refunds to process after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed
- Products with cut, spliced, or modified wiring
- Used or damaged products
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will replace the item or provide a solution at no additional cost.
